Today Interior Secretary Salazar is commenting on an Inspector General's report that details ethical lapses at MMS, specifically the Lake Charles, La. office. The report is not available publicly, and I am very curious about what it may show. The allegations apparently have resulted in some personnel changes and this one comes on the heels of an earlier report, same subject.The employees
